Finally, after missing them 2 times or so in the DC area, I got to see Rilo Kiley. I reviewed their 2nd album The Execution of All Things a little more than a year ago for DOA. They turned out to be a super-classy band, and I will go so far as to say, better live than on disc. I took a bunch of pictures, but none of them came out super good because I was a little too far away. I have become and old man and have resorted to staying at the faraway bar in the back of the club, preferring a good view and close proximity to the bar to standing closer to the stage with a better view, but also too close of a proximity to other people.
