It's nice to have a small video window opened as I'm crunching on things elsewhere. I don't pay as much attention to it as I would if I were viewing it on TV, but it does the job. Unfortunately, I've found that some of the video sites (namely CBS) simply don't work on a Mac. My solution has been the BitTorrent w/ Transmission for downloading and just any old torrent site to find the material. I have been recommended Miro, which does some RSS thing with shows and automatically downloads them as they come online, but I haven't made the effort to configure it yet.
