NY Trip #2
IMG_6277, originally uploaded by ultraclay!.
Two NY trips in just a few months is a personal record for me. We caught the train out of Union Station Friday evening up to Penn Station and headed out to Brooklyn from there. It seems as if nights never end before 4am every time I go up to NY, which is awesome at the time, and then not awesome the next day. We also caught Chicago at the Ambassador Theater the next day to see a friend perform. She was great, and even gave us a backstage tour afterwards. Unfortunately we saw it Jan from The Office takes over one of the lead roles.
The attraction keeping us at the bar Friday night were two bocce courts. All bars should have bocce!

New T-shirt
I just got this in the mail earlier this week. Perfect for celebrating the Skins two huge wins against NFC East rivals.
Introducing…
In this area I have noticed an increasingly large number of cars that sport a huge magnet supporting their school. When I went to college, I don’t think these magnets existed. It was all about stickers in windows. These stickers were much more modest in size (vs the magnets), but also represented a more permanent belief in support for a school. Magnets, because of their more temporary and agile nature, can be placed almost anywhere with less thought and consequence for how your vehicle will end up looking.
Ladies and gentlemen – It is my great pleasure to introduce to you one of my side projects that hopefully will not fizzle out like the rest of them: The Embarrassing World of Big College Car Magnets. So check it out, pass it along, comment, and participate by sending in pictures. I need more pics besides just the VA schools!

Europe Video
It took a while, but I’m pretty happy with the results. For everyone that took the time to sift through the pictures of our trip, I think the video fills in all the gaps and portrays some of the sights a little better.
