About Me
I’ve never had an “about me” page before, so here’s a short list of things about me and my site (updated 5.05.08 )

- I grew up in Burke, VA - and lived there my entire life until I moved out after college.
- I played bass in a band with friends from high school during college at JMU.
- I don’t read books that often. The book I’ve most recently read is Moneyball by Michael Lewis (which I highly recommend). And I don’t even like baseball that much.
- I’m a home team sports fan. Redskins, Wizards, Caps, Nats, & Maryland Terps basketball.
- I like seeing live music. My favorite local venue is the 9:30 Club.
- My favorite music artists are Weezer, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Jimi Hendrix, Arctic Monkeys, Ben Kweller, The Beatles, The Cardigans, Bright Eyes, Death Cab for Cutie, Coldplay, Elastica, Fiona Apple, Fountains of Wayne, The Killers, The Strokes, Phantom Planet, Pink Floyd, Ludacris, The Rentals, Ozma, Stone Temple Pilots, Sum 41, and that dog and Chevelle just to name a few.
- I like taking pictures. I post all of my pictures on Flickr.
- I have been skydiving.
- I have in the Army Ten Miler two times.
- I like traveling.
